Incoloy 800HT is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with high thermal
stability and oxidation resistance for use in high temperature
corrosive environments. It was originally designed to address
corrosion issues in high temperature environments, especially in
the petrochemical, power generation and heat treatment industries.
The alloy has improved mechanical properties and oxidation
resistance at high temperatures through strict carbon control and
an enhanced heat treatment process. Incoloy 800HT exhibits
excellent corrosion resistance in a variety of oxidizing and
non-oxidizing environments, especially in water containing
chlorides and low concentrations of NAOH, and has excellent
resistance to stress corrosion. In addition, it is widely used in
chemical heaters, furnace tubes, heat exchangers, nuclear reactors
and other occasions where high temperature corrosion resistant
materials are required.
Incoloy 800HT, also known as N08811, is a nickel-iron-chromium
alloy with extremely high thermal stability. This alloy is an
improvement of the Incoloy 800 series, through strict carbon
control and enhanced heat treatment process to improve its
mechanical properties and oxidation resistance at high

The main chemical components of Incoloy 800HT include nickel (Ni),
chromium (Cr), iron (Fe), molybdenum (Mo), tungsten (W), cobalt
(Co), aluminum (Al), titanium (Ti) and other elements. The specific
ingredients are as follows:
Nickel (Ni): about 30-35%
Chromium (Cr): about 19-23%
Iron (Fe): about 39.5%-58%
Molybdenum (Mo): about 13%
Tungsten (W): about 3%
Cobalt (Co): about 2.5%
Aluminum (Al): a small amount, usually between 0.15-0.60%
Titanium (Ti): a small amount, usually between 0.25-0.60%
Carbon (C): controlled at a low content, usually less than 0.10%
Manganese (Mn): ≤1.5%
Silicon (Si): ≤1.0%
Copper (Cu): ≤0.75%
Phosphorus (P): ≤0.07%
Sulfur (S): ≤0.02%

These ingredients make Incoloy 800HT has excellent corrosion
resistance and high temperature strength, and is widely used in
petrochemical, aerospace, energy and other fields. For example, in
the field of petrochemical, Incoloy 800HT is used to manufacture
high temperature and high pressure equipment such as reactors and
heat exchangers; in the field of aerospace, it is used to
manufacture jet engine and gas turbine parts; in the field of
energy, it is used to manufacture reactor parts of nuclear power
plants. In addition, Incoloy 800HT also has high tensile strength,
creep rupture strength, good ductility and toughness, and its
maximum operating temperature can reach 1099℃~1404℃.
